The seminar is targeted for immigrants from non-EU countries who look for a job or have work relations in Lithuania (In English and/or in Russian).
16:00 – 17:30 The psychological features of the job interview. Introducing the psychological features of the job interview, giving knowledge about the use of verbal and nonverbal language in the job interview process. During the seminar participants will be presented with „the psychology of difficult questions“ and will adapt their theoretical knowledge to practical psychological training.
17:30 – 17:45 Coffee break
17:45 – 19:15 Regulation of labour legal relationship: formation and termination of an employment relationship. Training involves the following information about the types and content of employment contract also necessary conditions of the labour contract. The training gives an introduction to the legal grounds for termination of employment contract.
Lecturer Valentina Bereznaja-Demidenko is a psychologist with more than 10 years of experience in immigrant psychological counselling. Head of Jonava District Social Services Center. Scientific research area – immigrant‘s integration.
Lecturer Ramunė Miežanskienė is a lecturer at the Institute of Public Policy and Administration, Faculty of Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities, Kaunas University of Technology and an independent legal consultant. The main professional interests are vested in the development of legal culture and integration processes of international residents in different legal systems. The ground of research and practical activity involves investigation of national legal regulations and consultations on their practical implementation in civil and public legal relationships.
