Mano motyvacija/asmeninis tikslas dalyvaujant mentorystės programoje: When I was a student I also participated in similar programs at my university. In retrospect, I benefited immensely from these programs. The university provides one with the education necessary to achieve career goals. How to actually achieve them is, in my opinion, better learned through individual counseling from people who have already achieved the first successes of their career path. Therefore, I would like to give back my experience to the next generation.
Pomėgiai ir kita informacija apie mane: I am interested in innovation and change. That’s why I also see the mentoring program as an opportunity for me to learn about the expectations and wishes of future employees. I look forward to working together to define the students’ goals and show them ways to achieve them on the one hand, and on the other hand to learn what the working world of the future might look like from their perspective.
